Summer Growth

I have received a lot of positive feedback and valuable pointers over the past few weeks. This program and my adviser has encouraged me to flesh out my plans for more than just next year but for my entire graduate career, which will undoubtedly prove valuable in the years to come, as aid becomes available for those in their later stages of graduate work, thesis writing etc. Some of the best advice so far has been to really cater to what the funder is looking for, make sure to figure out exactly what they are looking for and clearly show that you fit those requirements while speaking about yourself and your work. I have also worked on how to explain my work depending on audience background, whether it be general, in the sciences or in my specific background and I think that will allow me to engage more potential funders and interest them in my research.
